These terms apply to the purchase and use of Knew It!, a digital game sold at knewitgame.com. By buying or using the game you agree to them.
Knew It! is a digital file (HTML) that runs in a web browser on your phone or computer. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the game with people you play with in person. You may install it on as many of your own devices as you like.
Orders are processed by our payment partner, which acts as the merchant of record. The price shown at checkout is final and includes any applicable taxes. You receive the game immediately after payment by email and download link.
Updates to the base game are free. Themed packs are sold separately and are optional.
The game asks personal questions, including about relationships. Level 3 is honest in plain language and is intended for adults. Play it with people who agreed to play. You are responsible for how you use what you learn.
The game is provided as is. We test it on current versions of Safari and Chrome on iPhone and Android. If it does not work for you, contact us and we will help or refund you (see the refund policy). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
