Knew It!

Two minutes, once

Put Knew It! on your home screen.

You bought one file, knew-it.html. Open it in your phone's browser once, add it to the home screen, and from then on it opens like an app, full screen, with or without internet. Your names and settings stay saved on the phone.

iPhone or iPad · Safari

  1. Open knew-it.html from your email or the Files app. If it asks which app to use, choose Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen. Keep the name, tap Add.
  4. Close Safari. The Knew It! icon is on your home screen. Tap it and play.

If the file opens as plain text instead of the game, tap and hold it in Files, choose Share, then Safari.

Android · Chrome

  1. Save knew-it.html to your phone, then open it with Chrome. From the Files app, tap the file and pick Chrome if asked.
  2. Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
  3. Tap Add to Home screen, then Add.
  4. Tap the new Knew It! icon. It opens full screen and works offline.

Samsung Internet works the same way: menu, then Add page to, then Home screen.

Good to know

One phone is enough. The other person just needs hands. Pass it back and forth.

Your names are saved. The game remembers who's playing and how long you like your rounds. It never sends anything anywhere, because there's no server.

Got a new phone? Send yourself the same file and add it again. No login, no license, no limits.
